Terms & Conditions
1. This package is complete and whole. There are some parts of the package that cannot be removed in order to maintain campaign effectivity. Parts of the package may also not be removed to lower the price. 2. Add-ons will be considered for an additional cost if they can be delivered in the same time frame. 3. This package is only open to StartUp businesses who are either yet to open or have been open/ registered with an ABN for less than 1 year. 4. This package is only open to StartUp businesses operating in Australia. 5. There will be an opportunity for 1 review to request changes to the final outcome prior to delivery. Because of the requirement of fast delivery, changes will only be made if they are minor and refer to a realignment of the marketing deliverables to the original scope of work requested. They will not be included in the package price or delivery date if they are new ideas or parameters or requests and were not clearly included in the original Kickoff meeting and it’s summary. Any further changes requested beyond these will be clearly outlined in a new contract and will incur additional fees. 6. This package deal does not come with a guarantee of business. It is a starting point only. 7. There is an inherent understanding that this is a package designed to quickly establish a business marketing baseline. We will always endeavour to deliver the highest standards of products and services to the best of our ability, given the timeframe. However, the emphasis is on expedience and as such, in this package we do not promise perfection or best-in-class results. Further enhancements may be available as a separate service, depending on availability. 8. Payment may be made entirely upfront or with an initial down payment of at least 40% upfront, and the final amount due within 2 weeks of delivery. 9. The Kickoff meeting will only be booked in once the contract is accepted and the initial payment is received. 10. The 3 week delivery period starts from the date of the Kickoff meeting. 11. These Terms & Conditions do not supplant any legal requirements for either party of this contract. 12. These Terms & Conditions are not exhaustive and may be amended at any point at the discretion of Big Drum Consulting. 13. Big Drum Consulting will not provide refunds if the customer has a change of heart or decides on a new business objective/ customer base / approach after the Kickoff meeting. 14. Big Drum Consulting has the right to refuse anyone or any business this particular package model based on fit, suitability, time capacity or eligibility.
